Within 24 hours of making your reservation request, there will be a charge of 30% of your total stay to confirm your reservation. The remainder is payable at moment of check in, in cash.
14-3 days before cancellation 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
72 hours before the date of check in there will be no refunds.
Deposits for Holidays or rooms at Sale prices are nonrefundable 30 days before the reservation date.
Coolers are not allowed in Beach Break Surf Camp. You may store food in our community kitchen which is available for all guests to use. Outside alcohol is not permitted. We have a full bar on site for client service.
Dogs are accepted with approval for $20 per dog per night.
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 1:00 pm.
Late check out must be requested before 1:00 pm. Late check out is until 3:30 pm for an additional $25.
All payments are due at moment of check in.
Please notify us of arrival after 10:30pm. In this case full payment and check in must be made before 10:00am the following morning.
At the check in a CC number will be needed in case of any irregularity during the staying.
Any client in the room after 3:30 pm, expect upon manager approval, will be charged for an additional night.
For lost room key there will be a fee of $20.
