Welcome to your happy place…
Playa Venao, Panama is a special place for so many reasons. Its seclusion has not only kept it from being over developed, but has also maintained its natural beauty. Beach Break Surf Camp and Resort was established n 2012 and is owned and operated by lifelong surfers. Walk out of your door and into the waves. Enjoy a book and a nap in the hammock in front of your door. Take in the sunset with a cold beer and good friends. Then, get ready to do it all over again.
We love what we do…
Our mission as a surf camp is to revolutionize the way people learn and improve their surfing. We offer all the tools for beginner surfers as well as intermediate and advanced surfers to improve and upgrade their skills. All of our Surf Camp Packages
come with tons of in-water instruction with qualified and professional instructors, video and photo packages, video analysis, surf theory classes, and so much more.
We are also excited to announce that we have grown into a beautiful resort for both surf and yoga. With the addition of our brand new facilities we can now offer surf and yoga retreats
, plus fitness, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, meditation, and whatever else makes you happy. We love to work with yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu studio owners, as well as different companies and organizations to create custom retreats and team trips. Imagine the perfect week with your team having every detail taken care of from round trip transportation, customized menu, workshops, therapy, and whatever else you can dream up.
Surrounded by nature…
The beauty of the wild countryside of Panama is at your fingertips while in Playa Venao. Secret beaches, waterfall hikes, horseback rides, are just a few easy options from Beach Break Surf Camp. Our Island Mangrove Paddle Tour has become our most popular tour as we kayak or paddleboard through the beautiful mangrove forest to the Island of Canas to walk the deserted beaches, experience the local island culture, and enjoy a home cooked meal from our favorite island local, “Mama Yita”. It is an unforgettable experience.
